First, I've gone to consultations at three places and booked two more. Of the places I consulted with, one said to use autologous costal cartilage and do a revision surgery, and another said it was risky, so they suggested using ear fascia to shape it only a little and remove it. The contracture came on severely, and for the place I booked next week, from the reviews it seems like they use ear cartilage a lot too. I don't have any big greed anymore. I just want this pig nose to be lowered somehow like before. They said the silicone that had been placed has already disappeared from the nasal bridge and moved down to one side of the nose. No wonder, whenever I touched my nasal bridge before, I wondered whether this was silicone or felt like my own nose...
