I had surgery in March this year with autologous costal cartilage as my nth revision surgery, but inflammation developed, so it was removed again. However, my skin is getting tighter and tighter, and they said that even if I have surgery next year, nostril asymmetry could occur or my satisfaction may be much lower. The doctor is very kind and responsible, but the surgery I waited for came to nothing, and they said that even if I wait another year and have surgery, the result may not be good, so I am looking into other hospitals. I heard that the clinic ㅅㅁㅇ near Exit 6 of Gangnam Station is good at forehead skin graft surgery and autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty. Is it okay? But it seems they are not a plastic surgery specialist, but more on the ENT side...
