I originally had a deviated septum, but before nose surgery I lived without any discomfort. But after rhinoplasty, it became dry, and because the deviation isn’t stabilized, breathing through my right side is uncomfortable. Would it get better if I remove it? I heard that getting surgery for a deviated septum can also have a lot of side effects. Where should I go? Anyway, it would be 5 months later
