I had rhinoplasty 5 years ago on an acquaintance's recommendation, but I had the surgery without studying much, so all I remember is that an implant was placed. I did feel like the implant was rotating to the right, but there was no major issue externally, so I left it alone. Then gradually the nasal bridge and nasal tip areas started separating, I can feel a gap on the dorsum of the nose, and near the right nostril on the nasal tip side, something slightly pointy has developed that I can feel, and it has started showing through white. In this kind of case, I'm worried it could even lead to the situation that used to be common as a complication, where it breaks through and comes out, so I'm wondering if I should have it removed Has anyone experienced the same symptoms...
