For the septal cartilage harvest, they left the whole L-strut and did it really minimally, so there’s no chance of collapse, but that bitch shaved down even the nonexistent hump so thoroughly just to put in thick silicone, so they say there’s what’s called an open roof, a little over 1 cm. If I take everything out, the hump/dorsum area will become a wide flat field, right? Honestly, I’m giving up on the shape, but if I remove everything and after time passes, some tissue fills in and it settles, will it be enough to cover with contour shading? I’m not hoping for my original nose, I just need it to be enough that I can somehow make it look like a human nose with shading and highlighter later …
