My silicone is protruding, so I need revision surgery. When I had a consultation, they said I need to remove the silicone and also remove everything up to the nasal tip. They said that if I do a full removal, it could become upturned like a contracted nose, and that really scared me. Is there anyone whose nose became upturned like a contracted nose after full removal? If I request full removal, I guess it’s right to do full removal, right? I’m so scared of contracture that I want to remove only the silicone, but it’s so hard to decide. They said I can have revision surgery 6 months after full removal, but I haven’t received the revision surgery cost yet, only the removal cost during consultation…
