Silicone contracture for 10 years, autologous dermis surgery for 10 years. As I’ve aged and my skin has gotten thinner, my nasal tip stands out too much and a step-off has formed, so now I’m looking into removal surgery. Rather than a cosmetic purpose, now I just want a nose that is natural no matter what and at least doesn’t look strange.
