My nasal tip is drooping, and when I smile it seriously turns into a witch-like nose, so I’m planning to get revision surgery. I’m considering autologous costal cartilage, so I looked into ㅇㅇ, ㄷㄴ, ㅁㅇㅌ, and ㅋㅂㅈ. I chose them because I’m only thinking about autologous costal cartilage and they seemed like places that handle it well, but looking at the first two now, they seem to lean slightly more flashy rather than natural. For those who’ve been there, how was it?
