I can't do it during the day, and only for a short while after getting off work in the evening. The bruising has all gone down, but the swelling still hasn't fully subsided. Should I be doing cold compresses? For now, since the bruising is gone, I've mainly been doing cold compresses. At this point, what kind of compress should I be doing?
