I got fat grafting yesterday.^0^

Finally, the surgery I’d been wanting and waiting for. I hesitated for about 2 years. Anyway, I had it added to my nasolabial folds and cheeks. Yesterday I was a bit swollen.. but today that swelling went down. Amazing. Right now my cheeks are plump.. I love it so much.^0^ Since I’ve always had a complex about not having enough facial fat, maybe I’m even liking the swollen look..;; I was expecting to look like the fan lady today.. But when I opened my eyes, the swelling was slightly less than yesterday. <Consultation> I went to about five consultations. They said fat injection is hard to finish in just one round, so I went around for consultations while considering the cost of a second and third round too. Out of those, I booked one of the three places I was drawn to.. and yesterday was Saturday... My surgery was at 6, and I was the last surgery. They said since it was the last surgery, they would work hard on it. <Surgery> Anyway, I changed clothes and lay down on the operating table, and they gave me an injection in my arm. I guess they took the fat from the outer thigh. During sleep anesthesia, I kept waking up and falling asleep, waking up and falling asleep. I could feel it when they took out the fat and when they put it into my face. But it wasn’t that scary or anything... I just started thinking, “Please stop now.” The feeling when they took it out was worse. Maybe I should say it felt prickly.. After surgery, they showed me my face once, and if I pointed out areas that looked lacking, they added more.. anyway, after finishing the surgery this way and that... At the end, I changed clothes and came out. The doctor said they paid close attention while doing it... So far, I don’t notice any lumpiness in the fat. I’m generally happy with the shape too. Ah... I really hope it engrafts well. Yesterday they told me to eat liquid food.. but when I came out of the hospital, there was an Outback right next door, so I went and forced steak into my mouth that wouldn’t open properly and chewed it.. Yesterday the doctor said my face would throb and the fat-harvest site would hurt too... the fat-harvest site is throbbing and painful, but my face doesn’t hurt at all. They say the engraftment rate depends on your individual constitution and how finely and carefully the doctor injected it. I’ll have to eat well and sleep well for a while. Thank you so much to everyone who gave me information~^-^ But although I’m glad my face isn’t very swollen and doesn’t hurt... I’m worried whether this is okay. I’m afraid the fat might disappear quickly. lol Who knows, they say swelling peaks on days 3 to 4.. I’ll have to wait and see~
