I found a place that’s good at osteotomy. Other places all told me to put in implants, but I don’t like putting anything in, so while I was going around for consultations, at ㅈㅅ they said the director is famous for implant-free surgery and said they would create a frontal effect with osteotomy alone. Honestly, osteotomy is bone surgery, so there are many cases of side effects, and I really agonized over it. But I chose it because it seemed better than an implant.
