I had posterior lower canthoplasty, and I had the revision surgery done with an incision. My eyes look really monstrous, and just when I thought they were getting a bit better, only one side won’t go down. I’m getting the stitches removed tomorrow, but if there’s still fluid accumulated, do they pop it? I’m so scared. It has improved a lot now, but it’s still severe. When I put ophthalmic ointment in my eye before sleeping, it stings a lot. Is it okay to do it this way?
