It seems most people have local anesthesia, but I had sedation anesthesia. The doctor said I would only fall asleep briefly at first and then wake up, but I think I just kept sleeping the whole time.. I heard that during eye surgery you usually open and close your eyes several times, and especially during epicanthoplasty, they have you open your eyes. How was it for you? I think I only opened my eyes about 3 times during surgery.. The line is a mess, and the epicanthoplasty just left me with a band-like scar.
