Whether the staff knew I had nose surgery and had just been pretending not to know until now, today one staff member asked me why my nose looks so big. They said my nose looks upturned and told me to look at my side profile myself.. Maybe they're saying it even more because I said I didn't have nose surgery.. Does the nasal tip really not come down if you have nose surgery with septal cartilage? I actually feel like it has gone up more as the swelling has gone down.. I really want to die..
