I really am a stupid idiot.... It is my 3rd day after nose surgery... When doing cold compresses... I shouldn't touch my nose ... but I did my nose... Starting today it was supposed to be warm compresses.. but, well... I didn't do warm compresses, I did hot compresses... I heated a towel in the microwave, wrapped it in plastic, and used it.. made it insanely hot.. and as if that weren't enough... I put that on my nose and kept doing it all day~ By evening... the area around the nasal ala was throbbing and hurting.. and red~ When I called the clinic.. they told me to come tomorrow~ I really feel like such a stupid idiot~~ It would have been better not to do it at all~~
