I had nose surgery~

I had silicone put in about 6-7 mm at the glabella area and 5-6 mm along the nasal bridge (not exactly sure), and the nasal tip was raised a lot with AlloDerm... I heard men usually have it done with a closed approach, but they had also cut the columella area under my nose -_- I didn't know because they didn't tell me before surgery.. Well, if you want to build the nose high, do they inevitably have to cut it? Even if some scar remains, I don't really care.. In terms of surgical results, which is better, closed or open rhinoplasty? The nurse said these days scars don't remain much.. As long as it doesn't look, from far away, like “ah, they grabbed and cut the columella” I'm fine with it.. Anyway, while gathering information here and there, I heard that for a man's nose, you won't regret it if you make it somewhat sharp and high the first time.. So I had it done at a place that would make it as high as possible.. I saw it on the first day when there wasn't swelling... They raised it a lot as much as they could, and it definitely got higher than before, but.. it didn't rise like Westerners' noses.. Anyway, I think doing 3-4 mm would leave you regretting it. (personal opinion) I went to several hospitals.. They generally didn't want to do more than 3-4 mm.. But at the hospital where I had surgery, they confidently recommended 6-7 mm.. I liked that, but they cut open my columella ㅡ ㅡ Well, I don't care.. As long as the surgery turns out well and my nose changes nicely, I don't care at all.. It's now the second day, so the glabella area looks totally like a lion's face, and my eyes are swollen tight, so it's hard to open them.. On the first day, my nasal bones hurt like they'd been hit with a hammer.. Today it doesn't hurt, so that's at least a relief.. For reference, I'm a man
