What does it mean for a clinic to be good at plastic surgery?

Most people trust and acknowledge the skill of a clinic, and get recommendations for it, when they see someone whose before-and-after difference is big, that is, to put it a bit extremely, when someone who was really unattractive becomes pretty, saying that the surgery went well. If they become even prettier from there, that clinic is truly one that understands the golden ratio. There is a reason clinics where celebrities had surgery become famous. Making someone who is already pretty even prettier is difficult on a completely different level from making someone pretty because they are unattractive. If an unattractive person (sorry) gets double eyelid surgery, the probability of becoming prettier is very high. But when a pretty person has surgery, becoming even prettier is considerably more difficult than otherwise. So when you go to a clinic, pay close attention to how many pretty people have come there. There will be people called managers, the so-called coordinators, at that clinic. This seemed to be a representative example as well.
