3 weeks after shaving my jaw..

It's been about 3 weeks since the surgery now.. For those who had other jaw surgeries, how do you do mouth exercises? Some hospitals say to start mouth-opening exercises after one month.. Some places say to keep exercising from right after surgery. Actually, before surgery, when I heard people say it was hard to eat and that food dribbled out the sides of their mouth;; I think I understand why now. I can't put strength into my jaw ㅡㅡ; It's like I completely lost the sensation of chewing; it's hard to chew, and it feels like I can only swallow.. So I dislike chewing even more.. Since I can't eat, naturally I lost weight too.. Even when I tried to open my mouth, it wouldn't open, and it was hard to fit even one finger in;; But actually, surgical swelling tends to go down better the more you make an effort to return to daily life ㅡ_ㅡ; Taking that into account, from day 3 after surgery.. -_- I ate rice. I really couldn't chew, but I just forced myself to chew what wouldn't chew, stuffed it down, took my medicine properly ㅡㅡ; I even chewed and swallowed the seasoned squid side dish that came with the meal -_-; And I swelled up terribly ㅡㅁㅡ;; My eyes and nose all swelled and bruised, and my face turned bluish. Both the side jaw and lower jaw swelled, and my cheekbones are somewhat prominent, but my jaw stuck out more than my cheekbones, to the point that people said, 'Your cheekbones disappeared'.. My face shape really looked like Dooly ㅡㅡ;; Anyway, in an instant I looked like I had gained about 30 kg. My face felt so heavy To the point that a nurse at the hospital was startled and looked at me like a monster.. Can you imagine The bruising and swelling were severe ㅡㅜ People around me laughed so hard when they saw me.. I got hurt -_-;; Everyone said the same thing when they saw me... -_- "You won't be able to move from home for a month..." Just when I was building up that much anger about the swelling ㅡ_ㅡ, the weather kept getting colder.. While doing ice compresses at dawn.. I thought, this is perfect +_+, so around 3 or 4 a.m. -_- I wandered around the neighborhood alone. Anyway, with a face that would bring down divine wrath; ㅡ,.ㅡ who would kidnap me -_-; so I wandered around busily.. For several days I often walked around at dawn. Even though the bruises on my face hadn't gone away yet -_-; maybe that's why the bruising and swelling seemed to go down better -_-a I didn't use anything like a compression band. From day 4, I even chewed hard things like the scorched rice in stone-pot bibimbap.. and I didn't neglect practicing opening my mouth haha. The doctor looked at me and gave me a thumbs-up, saying -_- good good~ haha At one week, I ate seasoned fried chicken too ㅡ_ㅡ and bossam too -_-; It's week 3 now, and I can fit three fingers vertically inside; Now my face has almost returned to looking similar to before surgery What a relief.. (They say if you have a lot of facial fat, you swell especially easily.) Anyway, you only see results if you make lots of efforts to return to normal Everyone, take good care of yourselves and make yourselves pretty They say if you neglect mouth-opening practice, later your mouth won't open (shudder)
