I got my stitches removed today.

Getting the stitches removed hurt a bit more than I expected. Still, I guess it can't compare with when I was anesthetized.. The nasal tip is slightly upturned, like a beoseon nose, but it's too round and soft-looking, so I became a little dissatisfied with it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the nasal bridge. I had the bridge raised with 5 mm silicone, cartilage tying, and Gore-Tex for the nasal tip. But they said they put in a little Gore-Tex, then it became an upturned nose, so they took it back out. Maybe because of that, I don't think my nostrils have that slightly vertically long, sleek shape. I had surgery last Monday, so today is exactly one week. Now that the stitches are out, it feels refreshing. The bruising and swelling are also turning yellow and going down. My bridge was so flat to begin with.. it doesn't feel real. I can't really tell, but when I take photos, I do feel that my image has changed a lot. At first I looked like a lion and a beast... and stuff like that, so I was really worried, and I drank pumpkin juice like crazy, walked around, and did compresses, and I felt this from reading posts here too, but time really is the medicine. Oh, mine was an open rhinoplasty.. um. The scar is not as messy as I thought, and well.. after about a month, I don't think it will be very noticeable. When do I feel that my nose got higher? When my nose touches a drink can. It didn't before.^^ When I try to drink, my nose touches before my mouth, so I can't get used to it. No inflammation, my image changed, it isn't crooked, and even though I'm a little dissatisfied with the nasal tip. At this point, mine was a success, right? My home computer is acting up, so I couldn't upload photos. I'll upload them later if I can. Ah. I want to put on makeup soon. Nose, get slimmer faster and faster and faster..~
