It’s almost been 2 years: full incision, sagging skin removal, fat removal. I have a question too!

It was winter break in 10th grade, maybe December 30 or 31. I’m in 12th grade now, so it’s almost been 2 years~ I still feel like I remember the stinging sensation when the stitches were removed^.^* Anyway, I did it at the same clinic as my older sister; she did buried suture, and I did incision~ I didn’t like having small inner double eyelids, so I just drew the line nice and clearly lol I wanted thin double eyelids, but the doctor said that if I wasn’t going to do medial epicanthoplasty, it would look much better to pull the line a bit outward, so the line was made thicker. Then some kids even asked if I had medial epicanthoplasty. Anyway, I’m fairly satisfied~ The first one is what I consider a smiling-eyes photo ㅡㅡ lol The second and third are full shots. The fourth is a photo taken while looking upward. For the ones after that, I have a question. When looking at my side profile, my mouth protrudes a bit, so somehow I don’t look refined I think I have a protruding mouth. Especially the upper lip area. So in the fourth photo, my mouth protrudes, right? In the sixth photo too, my mouth looks protruded. If I get protruding mouth surgery later, can I become prettier? It has been my complex all this time. I thought about getting orthodontic treatment, but I really hate things that take a long time.. My protruding front teeth are such a complex that I even thought about shaving my teeth, but they say you have to replace them once every 10 years. (Implants) What should I do? This really hurts my feelings a lot. I’m thinking of doing it as soon as I enter college.. Honestly, I never want to get an anesthetic injection again, and I was going to only do my eyes and never have surgery again, but I really, really dislike my mouth.. I wish my upper mouth would go inward.. Anyone who has had orthodontic treatment or protruding mouth surgery, or maybe tooth replacement? Please help me~
