Day 4 after surgery (I took the photos down~)

I had surgery on the morning of the 5th. I had badly injured my nose before and had surgery, but they didn’t explain the surgery at all, and after it was over, I found out there was silicone in my nose. I lived with it for 7 years, but I hated how hard my nasal tip felt and kept feeling like it was getting thinner, so I looked into hospitals for revision surgery and had a consultation. They said nothing from the injury back then had been treated, and they had just placed silicone on top.. They asked why silicone had been put in when I already had a nasal bridge, so the silicone was removed, and because of that, the area between my brows got lower. My nasal bone had been fractured and the deviated cartilage had not been touched at all, so the doctor who opened up my nose was shocked. He said, what kind of surgery did they even do..-_- He straightened the nasal cartilage and scraped out everything that had ossified after the bone broke and built up along the nasal dorsum.. I think he either tied the nasal tip cartilage or used the septum. (Are those the same thing? He was so dumbfounded that I couldn’t even ask properly..;;;) I honestly felt like storming into that previous hospital.. but I thought what good would that do now, and that I’d recover we~ll only if I kept a good mindset, so I held back.^-^:; It was an open approach, and I was worried because my previous open-surgery scar had been left large and they had operated in a way that made tissue grow up even inside my nose. This time, the doctor cleaned up the raised tissue, and he said the open-surgery scar won’t get worse, but it can’t be removed. I was so distressed after deciding on this revision surgery, but during the consultation the doctor said he wasn’t trying to ruin my face, he was trying to fix surgery that had been done wrong.. so I felt much more reassured. Plastic surgeons are doctors too, but sometimes I can’t tell whether I’ve come to a hospital or a shop. At times like that, it’s even harder to trust them.. I hope I never have to get nose surgery again for the rest of my life. Please, please~
