It’s been one week since cheekbone surgery, nose revision, and a chin implant for a retruded chin

I had surgery on Monday the 29th.. Since I did it together with my younger sibling, my sibling went first and I did mine in the afternoon, and I could hear all the bone-shaving sounds.. Fear + the sound of bone shaving made me throw a tantrum at the hospital saying I wouldn’t have surgery, it was total chaos.. General anesthesia was harder than I thought.. Before surgery, all kinds of thoughts went through my head and I worried, what if I don’t wake up like this.. They anesthetized me on the operating table at 5, and when I woke up it was 8:15. When I came to, I had an oxygen mask on,, I was holding the oxygen mask and breathing hard to survive, and I thought, ah, I shouldn’t have had the surgery.. Because it was nose surgery, it originally didn’t hurt much, and the cheekbone surgery didn’t hurt as much as I thought either.. I stayed at the accommodation for about 3 days, and maybe because of aftereffects from general anesthesia, the headache and sluggishness are severe.. Is there anyone like me? Now I’m home resting, but sometimes whenever I get up, my head spins because of dizziness.. My face doesn’t seem as good as before.. Before, my face was slim and I never heard that my face was big, but I had a retruded chin and protruding cheekbones, so I had surgery. Now my face is completely like the “Fan Lady”.. I spent a lot of money on surgery, but my face is totally like a steamed bun and looks broad and flat.. The area where the chin implant for my retruded chin was placed still has no sensation, like it’s anesthetized.. My lower lip too. I heard major swelling goes down in about a week, but I’m so scared I’ll stay like this forever and won’t even be able to get married.. I’m almost getting depressed.. I’m also worried the swelling might turn into fat.. Ugh, I’m so scared.. Isn’t your face supposed to get smaller when you do cheekbones and jaw? I can’t handle the size of my face..
