Those who have had nasal implant removal please help. I have had my nose opened a total of 3 times, and the scarring is on the okay side. But my nose still looks long, and it feels like my columella has come down too much. Should I say it feels kind of heavy? That's how it is. I want a full removal, so please share information. [I had surgery using no implant, with a support strut made from septal cartilage] I deleted the post, so I am writing it again.
