From below they just look round, but from the front my nostrils look triangular Is this also a contraction-period symptom? Recently it has been a bit tingling and throbbing. I’m on day 7 after removal. They used to be round I’m going crazy. It’s not severe, just slightly pinched, so when seen from the front they look triangular Will they spread out again as the nasal tip comes down? They said they tied the separated cartilage with dissolvable sutures
