I keep getting slight recurring inflammation at my nasal tip, so I need surgery, but I’m so torn over whether to remove everything from my nose and only do cartilage repositioning plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip, or whether to just get a full revision rhinoplasty It doesn’t seem like an inflammatory reaction to the silicone, so I feel like changing the nasal tip material might be okay too sigh
