I had revision rhinoplasty yesterday. They said there was pus inside my nose and that it would have been serious if I had waited any longer. I still cannot see well because of the splint, but it seems to have turned out pretty. For the nasal bridge, I used shaved autologous costal cartilage, and the nasal tip was built up with autologous costal cartilage. The unevenness I was worried about does not seem to be there, and the line is exactly the shape I wanted. Friends who are worrying a lot because of contracture, I think the answer for contracture is to redo it quickly… I also had rhinitis surgery together, so it hurts a bit, but it is manageable after removing the cotton from my nose.
