Right now I have silicone in the nasal bridge, osteotomy, nasal tip work, artificial bone, and so on, but my nose was originally very low and I even had osteotomy. I absolutely hate silicone, so what safe materials are there that can be put in the nose and won’t cause inflammation? I’m going to slowly start looking into it from now on
