6 months ago, I had nasal silicone implant surgery and nasal tip cartilage surgery, but since about a month ago, the silicone has been showing through near the nasal tip. It was my second revision surgery, so I really don't want to have any more surgery now, but it keeps bothering me People say it isn't noticeable, but to my eyes it keeps standing out, so I want to correct it with filler. Would that be okay, or do I need revision surgery?
