For those who had removal because autologous cartilage at the nasal tip was visible or protruding, did you usually have closed surgery, or open surgery? About how long does the surgery usually take? As for pain and things like that, is it more painful compared with the first surgery? I have visible cartilage and am considering removal, but I’m studying while searching because there’s so much I don’t know, like whether it’s enough to simply remove all the cartilage, whether the empty space after removal can just be left alone, and I think there’s also something like cartilage repositioning haha. If you’ve had removal, please share information
