Two years ago, I had only the nasal tip done with septal cartilage without opening the nose, but I’m dissatisfied with the shape and want revision surgery. Of course, if I do revision surgery again without an implant this time too, does the chance of inflammation inevitably go up? Is doing it again after just 2 years because I’m dissatisfied with the shape too soon…
