The hospital where I had my first surgery is in Busan. There’s no inflammation, and I don’t like the shape because the columella has come down, but it’s tolerable. But because everyday life is uncomfortable and I have psychological anxiety, I’m planning to have it removed. The hospital is fairly well known in Busan for revision rhinoplasty, and the director has been running the hospital for a long time. The aftercare was thorough, and I can receive AS. I had surgery a year and a half ago, and had septal extension, 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, a columellar strut, and cartilage tying. If possible, I want complete removal including the strut, and if that’s not possible, I definitely want to remove the silicone, nasal tip work, and septal extension. Local area…
