I went to consultations at three places, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㄱㅇㅅ, and the place that explained things with the most expertise was ㄱㅇㅅ. Honestly, I want to shop around at other places too, but rather than wanting something flashy-natural, I just want to go back to a natural-looking nose, so I went to those three places first. I went because of an upturned nasal tip and silicone showing through, and to lower the nasal tip, they said they’d also need to use ear cartilage and do things like a rotation flap graft, so it was complicated.
