I'm at 3 months, and because of my Pinocchio-like nose, pressure, and foreign-body sensation, I'm thinking about removal. But I really can't give up on the shape, so I want to leave the nasal tip and septal extension as they are, remove only the silicone, and fill the nasal bridge with dermis lower than the existing silicone bridge, just enough so there won't be a step-off with the nasal tip. Would this only be possible after completing 6 months… I'm a college student, and I can't even meet my friends. I feel like I'm going to develop social anxiety, so I want to remove the silicone even a day sooner. I want something halfway between my original nose and my current nose And also, is lowering the nasal tip possible with a closed approach…
