Nose Re-Surgery

Hello, I’m someone who had my first nose surgery in September last year and will be having everything removed on January 20 this year. As far as I know, during the first surgery they smoothed out a slight hump, inserted 3 mm silicone, and for the tip they used two layers of donated rib cartilage. Since the nose was said to be bent to the right, they also did osteotomy to align it, and for the columella I’m not sure whether they did a septal extension or built a support, but I think it was one of those two. Of course, because they tried to force the bridge and tip to match too much, with two layers of donated rib cartilage in the tip, my nose is now bent even more than it was originally……
