I desperately need revision surgery Please take a look... (photos removed…

I had surgery around the end of January last year. It’s been about a year and a half. I had a full-incision double eyelid surgery and fat removal, and I did not have epicanthoplasty. I originally had inner double eyelids, and everyone around me tried to stop me and told me not to do it, but I guess people get greedy, and I wanted bigger double eyelids, so I ended up doing it. But they made them so large that they don’t even suit my eyes, and even now, a year later, they look thicker than someone who had surgery yesterday. When I came home on the day of surgery and measured them right away, they were 10 mm with my eyes closed, and even now they’re almost the same........ It’s been a year and a half now, and people keep asking me why my swelling hasn’t gone down, which is driving me crazy. Every time I look in the mirror, I want to die Seriously.... People seeing me for the first time think it has only been a few days since surgery. On top of that, the left and right sides are uneven. The right side is much bigger. I didn’t know before surgery, but now that I look at my eyes after surgery, I guess my skin is on the thicker side too. But the doctor didn’t take my skin into account and made a very large, deep incision, so when I open my eyes, you know the inner flesh under the eyelashes, the eye mucous membrane? That is completely visible....... Even when I go out in front of my house, I feel self-conscious and walk with my head down, and I can’t go outside without makeup. Even after packing eyeliner tightly all the way to the eye mucous membrane, I’m still embarrassed and end up avoiding people...... I really feel like I’m going to die like this. I think I need revision surgery to lower the line a lot, but as you can see from the photos, they’re uneven and the scarring is also extremely severe.. I don’t know much, but to me it looks like the fat removal was done differently on each side, and not evenly either. I’m hesitant because even if I get revision surgery, it seems like all the bumpy flesh and new scar tissue will show... But I also don’t want to keep living with these eyes as they are....... I’m really going crazy. Honestly, even these eyes have gotten much, much smaller than before. In the early days after surgery, should I say my eyes looked completely turned inside out?? I absolutely don’t want to go back to the hospital where I had the surgery... I don’t know any good places at all, so I need information.. And I don’t know whether it would be better to have revision surgery even if the scars show, or whether I should just wear extremely heavy makeup and live like this.... What should I do??
