Today....... I binge-ate for the first time.. I was saying, it’s nice that I’m losing weight.. and all that.. Then I saw kimchi and side dishes that looked so delicious.. So with porridge.. I quietly nibbled on some kimchi.. Two bowls of porridge... My stomach got so full... I felt like I shouldn’t eat any more... Sadly.. I stopped at two bowls I used to decide to quit smoking and couldn’t even last a day.. But it’s already becoming day 9 without smoking.. I’m actually quite proud of myself, you know? haha As my body gradually gets better.. thoughts of food.. cigarettes.. alcohol.. come to mind more and more and more and more..... and it’s getting hard to hold back How long do I have to wait before I can drink alcohol... Please reply..
