I’m planning to have surgery for a deviated septum and raise my nasal tip at the same time without an implant. Do no-implant nose surgeries usually often need revision surgery too? Aside from simply not liking the shape, are there many people here who had side effects? I’m wondering if I should just do the functional part only.
