After going around to various hospitals, I finally chose a hospital and am planning to proceed with functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same time. Every hospital says I don’t have enough septal cartilage, so I must use costal cartilage. Since autologous costal cartilage feels a bit burdensome from the first surgery, I’m thinking of using silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage plus donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Is there anyone who has had rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage? I’m curious about reviews.
