My nose isn’t extremely low, but it is on the slightly low side. I think it may also look lower because the nasal dorsum is thick, but I’m a bit scared of side effects. If I raise the nasal bridge by just 12 mm, could side effects come later? I’ve heard that side effects are inevitable with rhinoplasty, so I’m really hesitant.
