It’s been 5 months since I had surgery with septal extension grafting, and because of an unbelievable foreign-body sensation and symptoms like deviation/pulling to one side, I’m looking into removal and revision surgery. For the revision, I’m thinking of doing it with the concept of reinforcing the cartilage damaged back to my original nose Looking at the director’s blog at Sain Plastic Surgery, it seems like he operates with the concept of restoring the support structure, so I’m interested, and I did go for a consultation.
