After only researching online, I finally went to my first consultation. I still hadn't decided whether everything needed to be removed or whether it would be okay to keep the nasal tip, but they really criticized me for not having decided that I wanted to get a recommendation that fit the condition of my nose, but maybe they found my attitude frustrating, because throughout the consultation I just felt like I was being scolded. It was the place that had been my top pick based only on online research, but I hadn't realized that a good hospital for a first consultation might be a separate thing
