Originally, I had a high nasal bridge and a hump nose, with only the nasal tip slightly spread and drooping. I wanted only the nasal tip raised without an implant, but the first surgery clinic said I absolutely had to put in even 1 mm of silicone, and after going from clinic to clinic, I ended up having 5 surgeries. With silicone and donated costal cartilage, my columella became too high and collapsed, and the stress is no joke. I want to remove only the silicone and raise the nasal tip, but besides ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅊㅁ, are there any other places you would recommend?
