I'm just curious what everyone would choose. Please also recommend what would be best for me. I was thinking of full removal. I'm so, so anxious. There isn't a major problem, but I wanted removal just because I'm too anxious. Some doctors say full removal is possible and it will almost return to my old nose, while others say no, that's dangerous, the nasal tip can turn upward or droop, so let's leave the nasal-tip cartilage in place. Both places do cartilage repositioning. But they say if I leave it in, the nasal tip will be hard and I won't be able to make a pig nose, like now. The problem is, I think this is my last surgery, so even when I become a grandmother, will my nasal tip still be hard…
