After booking the surgery, I heard the basics like medications not to take, being careful with exercise, and things like that, but among people who have actually had removal, is there anything you felt was good? It seems like some people drink pumpkin juice too, and things you've heard are okay as well. I really want to know some tips, so I'm posting this. Please share.
