I had septal cartilage and ear cartilage placed on the nasal tip, but it shows through, so I had a consultation for removal. Since my nasal bridge had osteotomy and no silicone, I only consulted about the nasal tip, but I heard at another clinic that crushed ear cartilage may have been placed on top of the osteotomized nasal bridge. In this case, I understand that that clinic tends to remove everything, but would it be possible to ask them to just leave the ear cartilage on the nasal bridge side alone because it's not causing any particular issue, and only work on the nasal tip?
