It's now been a week since I had everything removed from my nose. I had 3 mm silicone, the hump was slightly shaved, and the nasal tip was done only with ear cartilage. The contraction period hasn't started yet, and the swelling hasn't all gone down, but mentally I feel relieved. I hope everyone who is considering complete removal also has good results.
