It’s been 8 years, and my nose was already a complete failure to begin with, but lately when I take photos, my nasal tip looks like a contracted nose with no flesh on it at all and only my nostrils showing. I keep wondering if this is contracture due to chronic inflammation, and it’s really upsetting.
