Does nasal tip show-through happen because the nasal tip is raised too much compared with the skin, or can it happen simply because something was inserted, whether it’s septal cartilage or ear cartilage? I’m having surgery more to correct an upturned nose than to increase height, so I’ll only raise the height by about 2-3 mm. Even with that amount, is there a high chance of show-through? My skin isn’t extremely thin, but it’s not exactly thick either, so I’m a little worried
