I got a lot of information through a community, and since I’m satisfied now, I’m posting this. I had both a hump nose and a bulbous nose, and although I had consultations at several clinics and thought about it a lot, I couldn’t readily decide to have surgery. I got a lot of help from seeing before-and-after photos of people who had surgery in this community, so I’m posting mine to give back too. I didn’t use any foreign materials at all; this is how it looks after surgery using what I think was septal cartilage from inside my nose. I had it done with a scarless method, only through the inside of the nostrils. I also had osteotomy. I’m very satisfied with the result now. Everyone, look into things a lot and become prettier.
