The double eyelid area seems like the swelling is going down moderately enough, and I'm satisfied, but what should I do about the fat above the line;; Does it normally become like that after double eyelid surgery? Will it go down after a little while? This is bothering me a bit. lol Do I need to remove the fat separately;;
